On Saturday September 25th, 2010 at 1:30 PM, Hunter proctor was presented his 129th Merit Badge by Our Chief Scout Executive Robert Mazzuca at the Campaganza held at Moraine State Park. It was an incredible privilege to be honored so. The badge presented was the new SCUBA Merit Badge. Hunter finished it at the Kinzua Reservoir this summer. The "Chief" got a chuckle when he asked Hunter what his hardest merit badge was, and was answered "Dog Care". Pictures and handshakes ended the session. Troop 8 had a nice group of Scouts in attendence to witness this event and all got to meet Mr. Mazzuca. Congratulations Hunter!.
